For your first appointment, we’ll arrive with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to thoroughly clean your home. Since it’s a new environment, the first visit may take a bit longer, but future appointments will be more efficient as we’re already familiar with your space.

It is best if you pick up or straighten up your items as much as possible. So, the cleaner can work on the dust and grime!

Some customers prefer being at home during the cleaning while other customers schedule appointments while they are at work or away for the day. This is up to how you feel

Your satisfaction is very important to the scrub squad! If you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost.

If you have hidden keys or an alarm system, please email Contact@scrubsquadboston.com for further instructions. You may leave a key to your residence with Scrub Squad, and it will be kept safe and secure at all times. Each key will be labeled with a symbol, and no personal information such as your name or address will be attached. For security reasons, customers must provide a picture ID before a key can be released. If leaving a key with Scrub Squad isn’t possible, you may choose to meet the service provider at your residence or leave the door unlocked. Other options include leaving a key under a door mat or plant, providing the code to your front door or garage, or simply leaving the door unlocked, depending on your preferenc
